一点物

今後も同じ型紙を使用して製作していく予定ですが、使用する革の風合いや素材は一点ごとに異なります。
そのため、同じモデルであってもすべて一点物として販売しております。

ご注文日から3日以内に発送いたします

One-of-a-kind

We plan to use the same pattern paper in the future, but the texture and material of the leather used are different for each point.

Therefore, even if it is the same model, all of them are sold as one-of-a-kind items.

We will ship within 3 days from the order date.

Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the customer receives an item with an incorrect model or incorrect product from their order.

• Order cancellations due to ordering mistakes are only accepted within 48 hours of purchase and before shipment.  
However, made-to-order items, custom items, or products already in production cannot be canceled.

If a return or refund request is approved, the item must be returned to the address specified by our shop.  
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has arrived and has been inspected.

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

Our shop specializes in handmade, processed, and one-of-a-kind items.  
Variations in texture, distressing, aging effects, scratches, and craftsmanship details are considered part of the product design and are not defects.

All items are inspected before shipment, and we may keep photo/video records for verification purposes.

The following cases are NOT eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Damage occurring after delivery  
• Used or worn items  
• Items missing tags, accessories, or original packaging  
• Items altered, washed, repaired, or modified by the customer  
• Returns sent without prior contact or approval  
• Claims determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or malicious at our discretion

Even if a return request is approved, the final decision will only be made after the returned item has been inspected.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of payment systems may result in evidence being submitted to payment providers, platforms, financial institutions, and relevant authorities.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

当ショップでは、ご注文内容と異なる型番・商品が届いた場合以外での返品・返金・交換は一切お受けしておりません。

・注文間違いによるキャンセルは、ご注文後48時間以内かつ発送前の場合に限り対応いたします。  
ただし、受注生産品・製作開始後の商品・カスタム商品についてはキャンセル不可となります。

返品・返金対応を行う場合、当ショップが指定する住所への商品返送が必須となります。  
返送商品到着後、状態確認を行った上で返金処理を行います。

なお、返送時の送料は原則としてお客様負担となります。

当ショップで取り扱う商品には、ハンドメイド製品・加工製品・一点物が含まれております。
素材特有の風合い、加工による個体差、ダメージ表現等は商品の仕様として販売しております。

商品状態については発送前に検品を行い、必要に応じて写真・動画等で記録を保存しております。

また、以下に該当する場合は対応対象外となります。

・商品到着後に発生した破損
・使用済み、着用済みの商品
・タグ、付属品、包装等を紛失した商品
・お客様による加工、洗濯、修理を行った商品
・事前連絡なしで返送された商品
・当ショップが悪質または不正と判断した申告

当ショップ判断により返品対応が認められた場合であっても、返送先到着後に状態確認を行った上で最終判断を行います。

悪質な返金要求、虚偽申告、チャージバックの不正利用等が確認された場合、決済会社・プラットフォーム・関係機関へ必要情報を提出する場合があります。

ご注文時点で、本ポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。
